Grace brings to her role as sales and contracts manager, an extensive background of administrative support within the realestate industry that extends over 20 years. Her specialist knowledge makes her the “go to” person for all sales and leasing agents in the R&W Ascot office, to ensure the timely preparation and lodgement of documents and contracts.

Her comprehensive knowledge of all sectors of the property industry means she is frequently assigned to assist in a variety of tasks including the preparation of Information Memorandums and reports.

Grace is also involved with all advertising and brand campaigns for R&W Ascot, co-ordinating the preparation of collateral and working with the sales teams to develop appropriate strategies.

With a solid background in the property industry she is able to accurately identify the target market for each property and the most effective means of reaching them.

Grace is responsible for the development of media schedules and co-ordinating a team of suppliers for photography, copywriting, signboards and printing of brochures as well as booking and delivering print and on-line advertising.

She is highly motivated and organised, able to multi-task in a busy office environment and ensure effective liaison and communication with clients and customers.
